1. Our Service

TutorTrack is a web application designed for private tutors to manage their student records, log lesson details, and track homework assignments. We provide a platform for tutors to share read-only progress pages with parents.

2. Subscription and Payment

TutorTrack is offered as a subscription service priced at £7.00 per month. New users are entitled to a 14-day free trial upon initial sign-up. Following the trial period, your subscription will automatically renew monthly unless cancelled.

3. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel, please use the subscription management link provided to you via email. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing cycle.

4. Refunds

As we offer a 14-day free trial to evaluate the service, we do not offer refunds for partial months or unused periods of a subscription.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use TutorTrack only for its intended purpose of managing your private tutoring business. You are responsible for ensuring that any data you input, including student or parent information, complies with applicable data protection laws. You must not use the service for any unlawful activities or to distribute harmful content.

6. Liability

TutorTrack is provided "as is". While we strive for high availability, we are not liable for any loss of data or business interruptions. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the preceding month.
